Joe-Kyari Gadzama, SAN To Discuss Judicial Precedent In Nigeria At The Hon. Justice Niki Tobi 1st Biennial Symposium Holding In Abuja On 2nd December, 2021
Legacy has been said to be the richness of an individual’s life including his or her accomplishments and the impact that had been made on people and places. The late Hon. Justice Niki Tobi is no doubt a jurist who has left his footprints on the sands of time and whose legacies are so indelible and will not be forgotten for generations to come.
It is in recognition of the above that the A.T. Socio-Judicial Consulting LLC has organized the Hon. Justice Niki Tobi 1st Biennial Symposium themed “The Nigerian Judge and Society: Hon. Justice Niki Tobi’s Impact on the Development of Law and Society”.
At the symposium, Chief Joe- Kyari Gadzama, SAN will discuss Judicial Precedent in Nigeria along with Prof. Chioma Kanu Agomo (Emeritus) and Hon. Justice Olajumoke Olusola Pedro. The lead speaker for the session is the President of the National Industrial Court, Hon. Justice Benedict Bakwaph Kanyip.
The symposium promises to be an enriching one as other well-placed and esteemed personalities will be participating in different sessions such as Nigerian Supreme Court as a Policy Court: Niki Tobi’s Input; Legal Education and the Nigerian Judicial System; and The Nigerian Judiciary and Democracy.
