Delta PDP crisis: Supreme Court Fixes Date For Judgement
The Supreme Court has fixed the 21st of this month for judgment in an appeal filed by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Delta State, David Edevbie.
Mr Edevbie is asking the apex court to re-affirm his candidacy.
The governorship candidate, through his counsel, Eko Ejembi Eko(SAN), faulted the entire unanimous decision of the three-man panel of the Court of Appeal, led by Justice Peter Ige, and asked the Supreme Court to rule that he is the rightful candidate of the PDP in the Delta State governorship election slated for February, next year.
