NBA Women’s Forum Unveils Ogun Deputy Governor as Conference Keynote Speaker
The Nigerian Bar Association Women’s Forum (NBAWF) has announced Ogun State Deputy Governor, Noimot Salako-Oyedele as the keynote speaker at its upcoming 2nd annual conference.
In a statement issued by the NBAWF on Thursday, the Forum noted that the Ogun deputy governor is billed to address issues connected with the theme of the conference, being gender bias in the legal profession.
The statement from the Women’s Forum read:
“We’re pleased to announce the Keynote Speaker for the 2nd Annual NBAWF IWD Conference (In commemoration IWD 2022), Her Excellency, Noimot Salako-Oyedele, Deputy Governor, Ogun State.
Her Keynote address will lay the foundation for the theme of the conference, focusing on the underlying gender bias in the legal profession and how it influences individual behaviours that generate, legitimate, and mask broad patterns of inequality.”
