He has dual professional qualification as a Solicitor and Advocate admitted to the Nigerian bar and as a Solicitor in England and Wales, which underpins a truly cross-border practice, enabling him to advise individuals, businesses, and institutions on complex legal matters across multiple legal systems.

Othuke’s areas of focus include Employment Law, Family Law, Real Estate, Regulatory Compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML). He regularly advises on risk management, internal compliance structures, and corporate governance in regulated sectors.
