He leads the firm’s Corporate and Project Finance, Real Property, and Boardroom Counsel Practice.

With vast legal experience with both in-counsel and external legal counsel, he also lends his expertise across areas of Asset Finance, Banking & Loan Syndication, Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisition, Media, Entertainment, Technology & Intellectual Property (MET-IP) practice, Legal Advisory and Company Secretarial & Regulatory Compliance.
